the Raffles The Plaza entrance.

Esplanade - Theatres On The Bay was the
venue of the Grand Opening of the 117th IOC Session.
|
Raffles City Atrium - venue of the 2005 Olympic Exhibition Programme.
The 5 rings signifies the 5 rings of the Olympic logo. The
Singapore DanceSport Federation has been invited to put up a show on
several dates.
|
The backdrop was a giant TV screen.
It would screen the Olympic Story, and at various intervals would
show the 117th IOC Session logo.
|
Singapore's very own Ng Wey Keen & Edna
Lee, both 15 years old and currently Singapore's Number 1 Junior II
Latin couple, in a final pose for the Cha-Cha-Cha. Many
sports administrators recognise DanceSport as an important
glamorous, spectator sport, and forms part of 'Team Singapore', a
sporting future for the island state.

|
Another new couple,
Kelvin Toh & Rosanne Chong doing the Rumba.
|
Both couples taking their final bow to a
very appreciative and responsive crowd.
|
A rare honour to host
the Session in Singapore, and to be invited to showcase DanceSport.
|
Another shot for the album - a very
proud moment for all.
|
A very proud, and happy group -
cherishing this rare chance. From LEFT to RIGHT - Kelvin Toh &
Rosanne Chong, Edna Lee & Ng Wey Keen.
|
A final group shot - a very happy and
proud SGDF President Robert Ong (3rd from Right) and his wife
Sabrina (4th from Right) with
the athletes. Extreme left is Chong Leting, another
up-and-coming athlete.
