| The 2nd
ADSA Singapore Open DanceSport Championships (IDSF Open World Ranking Tournament)
was held on
Saturday, 14 April 2001
at the Toa Payoh Sports Hall.
The Vice-President of the
Singapore National Olympic Council Dr Tan Eng Liang was the Guest-of-Honour
for the Championships.
The Championships were a
resounding success, with over 70 couples from 11 countries competing in
12 different events ranging from Grade E to Grade A (Closed) and the IDSF
Open World Ranking Tournament in both the Standard and Latin categories.
