ACCOMMODATION
Hotel accommodation for 2 nights will be provided for overseas couples nominated for the IDSF World Cup Latin only. A Hotel Subsidy of S$200 per couple will be given to all overseas competitors competing only in the IDSF Open (Latin & Standard).

ENTRY FEES:
Except for IDSF World Youth Ten-Dance Competitors, an entry fee of S$60 per couple is payable upon collecting number tags for competitors. Singapore competitors please enclose payment (non-refundable cheque made out to “SHAWN AND GLADYS DANCEWORLD”) with your entry form. Overseas competitors are to make payment upon collection of number tags on the day of the competition.

Competitors:
Free entry to ballroom for day events only.
Competitors not competing in the evening are required to purchase Dinner Tickets for evening admission.

Spectators:
Day admission is S$60 per person.
Dinner tickets: S$400 (VIP), S$350 (1^st row), S$280/ S$220 (2^ndrow), S$180/ S$150 (3^rd/4^th row)

CHAMPIONSHIP RULES:

1	All competitors except for Student / Teacher events, must be members of their respective IDSF Member Federation.
2	The Championship Organisers reserves the right to refuse entries from persons whose status are unclear according to IDSF Rules.
3	Competitors may take part a maximum of 2 events per discipline.
4	No change of partner is allowed in the same event.
5	All IDSF World Youth Ten-Dance, IDSF Open Grade A and Asia-Pacific Rising Star competitors must be dressed in appropriate costumes as specified in the IDSF Dress Regulations.
6	All competitors must attend rehearsals as requested by the Championship Organisers.
7	All competitors must be present for their events on time. Latecomers will be disqualified.
8	Doping is strictly forbidden. The IOC Rules on doping shall apply.
9	The Championship Organisers reserves the right to change the programme of events without prior notice.
10	The Championship Organisers will not accept any liability, claims for injuries, damage or loss suffered by the competitors.
11	The judges’ decision shall be final.
12	In the event of any question or matter arising out of any point which is not expressively provided for in the rules, the Championship Organisers shall have the power to use its own discretion.
13	Video taping of any form is strictly forbidden.
14	In the event of Television coverage or Production of a Video Recording for commercial purposes of any part of the Championship, all Competitors agree that the rights to any fees from such television or video recording will vest solely with Shawn & Gladys DanceWorld or the Singapore DanceSport Federation. No competitors or Associations shall have any claim against the Organisers, Television Company or video producer at any such event.
15	Asia-Pacific Rising Star - For competitors who have not represented their countries for IDSF World, World Cup and Continental Championships. - Open to competitors from S.E.A Countries, Hong Kong, China, Korea, Chinese Taipei, Japan and Australia.
16	Age limits are taken during the calendar year 2007. Master Events, both partnerships must be 40 years old and above.
17	Singapore Closed Events are strictly open to members of the Singapore DanceSport Federation (SGDF).
