Transport will only be strictly for SGDF members and their club affiliate members. SGDF members are strongly encouraged to participate.

ADJUDICATORS
A panel of renown international adjudicators.

MEDALS, CERTIFICATES AND PRIZES
Medals will be awarded to the first 3 placing for each event, and certificates will be given to all finalists.

NOTES:
Competitors for GRADE A (OPEN) events must be members of their respective IDSF member federations
Competitors for GRADE E must only dance basic figures.

Competitors from Singapore MUST be valid members of the SGDF for all categories.

ENTRY FEES:
Standard & Latin : Per Couple - RM100.00 (non-refundable)

SPECTATOR TICKETS:

Day Events	RM40 per person, standing room
Evening Events	Dinners tickets are also available on first come, first serve basis at the following prices. Ringside (table of 10 persons) - RM 1800.00/RM 1500.00 2nd Row (table of 10 persons) - RM 1200.00/RM 1000.00

OFFICIAL HOTEL:
The official hotel is The Katerina Hotel. Accommodation for 2 nights at The Katerina Hotel will be provided on 23rd & 24th August 2008 for ONLY overseas competitors who compete in the Grade A Open events and should there be any late entries that are accepted, complimentary accommodation will not be provided. Malaysia Grade A competitors with exception from Johor will be provided accommodation at The Katerina Hotel on 24th August 2008 only.

Booking of hotel rooms at a special rates of RM 160.00 (inclusive breakfast for two) per room per night can be arranged through the Organiser on a non-refundable pre-paid basis.

AGE LIMITS
Age limits are taken during the calendar year 2008. For partnerships of different ages, the elder age will be taken into consideration:

Masters - both dancers must be aged 45

SGDF members who wish to particpate are to send an email to sgdf@dancesport.org.sg by 1 August 2008.

Club Affiliates (NP, NTU and SP) are to submit their names to their respective Club Presidents, who will collate the necessary information and send to the SGDF by 1 August 2008.
